The Wedding

the itinerary

For guests staying at Casa Felix, we invite you to join us on Wednesday evening, June 17th 2020 in Olivella, just outside of Barcelona, as we check into the villa. Each couple/family will be assigned their own private room with en-suite bathroom to begin our Spanish wedding celebration. At sunset on Friday, the ceremony will begin at Casa Felix followed by an evening of food, drinks, music and dance right on site with all of our loved ones gathered around.

Check into Casa Felix at 6 o’clock

The evening will be spent around the pool with dinner and drinks, provided by us

Lesiure day spent around the villa or exploring the nearby countryside or beaches at your leisure

Milo and Lance’s immediate family will go off-site for an intimate dinner

Spend the morning and early afternoon at Casa Felix

The wedding ceremony will take place at sunset

Followed by a cocktail hour and catered dinner around the pool

With dancing into the night

Milo and Lance will head off on their honeymoon safari in the early morning

Guests will depart Casa Felix by 10 o’clock in the morning

Just a short 30 minute drive from Barcelona-Airport El Prat, Casa Felix will serve as the accommodations for guests and as the venue for the wedding activities. Located on a former vineyard and encompassing three buildings, guests will have plenty of room to spread out over the estate and enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer in our three evenings together. 

Join us in casual and party attire as we spend our warm and sunny days around the villa or in the quaint town of Olivella and the seaside city of Sitges. And don’t forget your swimwear as there are two pools on the property. For the evening of the ceremony, the dress will be cocktail attire as we dance the night away under the Spanish sky.

It’s one of the most important parts of our time together – the food! While we do have some of the meals planned, we want to give guests the option to venture out into the area if you would like to dine at a restaurant.

When you arrive on Wednesday evening, we will provide a casual dinner in the courtyard with plenty of spirits. Our first night together will be the perfect chance for our families to become better acquainted. 

We will be grocery shopping before we check into the villa and will stock the house with light foods and snacks for breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday that all guests will be welcome to. You may also do any grocery shopping on your own if you would like and bring food to the villa; there are three kitchens on the property after all! 

Thursday evening, Milo and Lance’s immediate family will venture into Sitges for an intimate dinner. You may choose to stick around the villa for dinner or head out into town on your own to try out a Catalonian restaurant. Check out some of our restaurant recommendations here. 

Following the ceremony and cocktail hour on Friday evening, a catered dinner will be served around the pool.
